This paper explores the relationship among emotional labor, job satisfaction and job burnout of librarians through 166 questionnaires. The results show that the emotional labor of librarians does exist, but librarians have higher job satisfaction and job burnout behavior only when their personal accomplishment reduces. The surface behavior in emotional labor is positively correlated with the emotional exhaustion in job burnout. The deep behavior in emotional labor is positively correlated with the job satisfaction and reducing personal accomplishment, but negatively correlated with the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in job burnout.
