The bookmobile is intended to expand the service channels of public library and to promote the use of the collection in public library, which is not only the requirement during the development of public library itself, but also the important parts of the models in building the branch and the general library. Taking the bookmobile project of Dongguan Library for example, this paper illustrates the problems of the bookmobile service of Dongguan Library through the analysis of the benefit evaluation. Then, it explores the efficient countermeasures for the service of bookmobile, especially in exploring to rationally adjust the service sites of bookmobile to promote its service efficiency and how to appraise and analyze its service efficiency, so as to further improve the development of the bookmobile.
