Architecture of Internet for Future International Metropolitan Libraries：An Insight into Innovative Development of Metropolitan Libraries

This paper explores new ideas and approaches in terms of internet development from the standpoint of international metropolitan libraries. Firstly, it focuses on the key components of internet service from the perspective of libraries and cyberspace. Then it analyzes the emerging service modes of internet including self-service, stereoscopic interactive service and customized push service. Finally, it discusses the transformation upgrade of intelligence integration and service community of intelligence service which the internet in metropolitan libraries embodies, especially from the aspect of the incorporative development of metropolitan libraries and cities.
