Small world theory and disease spread model as the theoretical basis, this paper constructs and simulates a new crisis information dissemination model by using public psychological stress as variables, to explore a typical dissemination mechanism of public crisis information. The simulating results show that: the emergency behaviors produced by public psychological stress have guiding effect on the spread of public crisis information; the publishing and update speed of official information, the release amount and coverage rate of information significantly affect the public psychology and behaviors, by adjusting parameter and taking policy factor into the simulation; improving the government's credibility and strengthening the government's crisis psychological intervention to public can effectively enhance the public's capacities of psychological endurance and response to crisis. Finally, this paper puts forward targeted policy recommendations according to the results.
