The article adopts the thesaurus mapping method to establish its interoperability, so that the result can facilitate cross-domain searching and achieve a "one-stop" seamless search process for users. In order to guarantee the mapping quality, some mapping rules should be made. The mapping rules include semantic decision rules which are based on the range of disciplines, the use and use for relationships, the semantic structure and scope notes and the inference rules of inheritance and transitivity. Those rules' comprehensive application can ensure the accuracy of the mapping up to a point.
