Abstract

The enterprise information portal(EIP) is a platform used by enterprises to integrate information resource and application systems. An EIP with good ecology can integrate the internal "information silos" effectively and make rapid response to the customers' personalized requirements. This paper combining the related theories of the EIP and information ecology designed a set of evaluation index of the external EIP ecology in the auto companies based on the perspective of the customer experience. This paper used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to give the weighs and made a case study and an experimental analysis of five representative external EIP of the auto companies. Finally it made a discussion through analysis of the results of the data. This research could be valuable and have guiding significance to the construction and evolution of the EIP.
