In order to systematically collect the related literatures of user resistance, this paper takes the foreign academic journal databases as search portals. Then it carries on a more comprehensive review to the foreign representative achievements in user resistance from five aspects such as definitions, types, relevant theories, influencing factors and coping strategies. It finally looks to the future development of user resistance based on analyzing the deficiencies of existing researches, so as to provide references for domestic academic researches and business practices.
