Study on the Innovation for the Development and Utilization Model of China’s Government Information Resources

Information has become such an important factor for social and economic development in the information age that the development and utilization of government information resources highlights the importance. This paper summarizes the existing development and utilization models of government information resources and their problems, and analyzes the influences of new technologies on the development and utilization of China's government information resources. Finally, from three aspects of technical, management mechanism and service concepts, this paper discusses the innovative orientation for the development and utilization model of government information resources.
