Research on Policy Content of the Disclosure of Government Information in China：Based on Stewardship and Usefulness Principles

This paper introduces "Stewardship and Usefulness" principles, and selects "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information" as a sample, then analyzes our current policy content system of the disclosure of government information in China. This research indicates: The policy of China's information disclosure is deficient in systematic and meticulous construction; the application and service system of our government information resources has not been established; and the policy-making should consider "Stewardship and Usefulness" principles.
