Comparison and Analysis on Open Websites of Information Literacy Education in China and America

Based on the survey of content, function, style and other aspects of influential open websites of information literacy education in China and America, the paper analyses their features deeply. Meanwhile it compares the differences in the guiding ideology, ways of content's organization, selection and arrangement of content, and webpage' form. In the end, the paper puts forward some consideration and suggestions on China's open information quality education, from the perspectives of increasing publicity, playing special advantage, strengthening the innovation thinking training of users, finely processing knowledge content, strengthening the self-test function, enhancing the vitality and diversity of the web forms.
