Model Building of Intelligence Behavior In the Process of Intelligence Gathering Oriented to Social Alarming

In order to realize social early warning, the purpose of this paper is to study intelligence behavior in the process of intelligence gathering and explore intelligence behavior involved in the problems in the process of intelligence gathering. At first, the paper provides four intelligence behavior design ideas in the process of intelligence gathering, including system design philosophy, demand guidance, human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology and two design methods of intelligence behavior. And then, the paper designs the intelligence behavior at the base of it and builds an intelligence behavior model in the process of intelligence gathering oriented to social alarming finally.
