Discussion on Librarian Career Happiness Management

Librarians' happiness is the key to the development with harmony and innovation of library cause. Research in recent years has shown that librarians' career happiness is not optimistic. Librarian career happiness management has the characteristics of the times as it maximizes librarians' happiness and makes the development of the organization sustainable. The happiness management mechanism branches include information collection and evaluation mechanism, ability development and cultivate mechanism, system, demand and support mechanism and communication and feedback mechanism. Each branch functions differently and interacts with each other, which helps to carry out happiness management activities.
