With the rapid development of computer technology and library business, the central library should pay attention to the data center construction, research and deeply analyze the high availability strategy of the systems, including the distribution system, storage system, network system, server system, database system and application software system, select the appropriate technology mode, construct collaboratively the high reliability and high availability system architecture, then ensure the data security and system security to the maximum.
