Strategies for the Equalization of Public Service System of Dongguan Library

It is proposed in the third plenum of 18th Central Committee of CPC that to build a modern public culture service system has become a top priority of current era and to promote the equalization of public culture service is one of significant tasks. This paper takes the Dongguan Library as an example and compares the models of libraries from home and abroad. Then it develops solutions to the problems of library service equalization through analyzing the public services provided by Dongguan Library.
