Abstract

After analyzing the factors of propagation characteristics and constraints of network public opinion and network rumors in public crisis, taking the amount of information on the network as the research object, this paper constructs the model of influence of network rumors on network public opinion, then determines the equilibrium point and stability of model. This paper studies the degree of influence of network rumors on public opinion in different three stages. At last it gives the countermeasures to reduce the influence of network rumors on network public opinion to provide some reference for the government to deal with network public opinion in public crisis.
