Abstract

Combined with social practice, discuss today's university libraries and local socio-cultural organizations, research institutions, government departments, by strengthening interaction, build cross-border cooperation and collaboration development service model based on the local difference features. To serve the local culture in cross-border cooperation, institutional aggregation, complementary advantages, collaborative development, and thus to break trade barriers and institutional barriers, deepen academic services to meet the needs of readers, improve their overall service levels, improve their social image and social identity, achieve value-added and increasing social performance of the literature information and knowledge services.
