For some Chinese Academy of Sciences scientific researchers, on the basis of the questionnaire and interview, this paper aims to understand Chinese scientific researchers' needs and safeguard situation for open education resources, summarize the behavior and habits of using open education resources and provide the reference to the selection for open education collection resources object, determination of the resource organization and designing the resources service system function for carrying out open education resources construction.
