Exploration of the Guarantee Mechanism of University Library Subject Services Based on Investigating their Status

Based on the online survey of subject services of 75 key university libraries in China, this paper analyzes the current problems of subject services of university libraries. Then it attempts to establish a set of guarantee mechanism, which mainly includes aspects of management system, talent, funds and marketing, to safeguard the health and sustainable development of the university library subject services.
