Abstract

In order to improve the effectiveness and innovativeness of scientific research, this study took the research of natamycin as an example to analyze the vast amounts of scientific literature data with optimized strategy coordinates analysis, factor analysis and bibliometrics analysis, basing on the retrieval points and observation points, revealing the feature of polarization, assembly and shift of the subject knowledge in natamycin nanoemulsion research. The result shows that this mutual corroboration and complementary research model of quantitative, qualitative analysis and visualization is advantageous to afford a new multi-perspective scientific observations model, which is more intuitively, systematically and effectively for selecting a research topic.
