Enterprise Knowledge Organization Design Based on Knowledge Map

In recent years, the phenomenon of information overload, low utilization rate of knowledge resource puzzled enterprises. In order to deal with the problem,the paper proposes a knowledge organization design method based on knowledge map, including six steps: business process analysis, knowledge collection, knowledge analysis, knowledge connection, knowledge indexing and knowledge map construction. This design could organize enterprise knowledge effectively, and present enterprise knowledge by knowledge map. This paper uses the financial enterprise knowledge resource as an example and gives the actual operation method.
