Study and Application of Multilingual Thesaurus Construction Method

Multilingual thesaurus is an important tool resource to achieve multilingual information organization and retrieval, and to meet the growing demand for multilingual information. Research status and three main methods of multilingual thesaurus construction are introduced, and translation-based multilingual thesaurus construction method and related issues are analyzed. Then Chinesization of EI thesaurus and JST thesaurus is introduced, and the next phase of research direction s is discussed.
