Research and Analysis on Existing Conditions of Opening to the Public of University Libraries in Capital Library Union

It has been two years since university libraries in the capital library union opened to the public. On the basis of on sit research, realization degree of the commitments is compared, and suggestions from both the public and library faculties are collected. Then it concludes that ministers in education department, administrators in university, and university libraries need to join hand to further complete the policy, to fully achieve the goal.
