In scientific collaboration, disciplinary knowledge flows are in the course of scientific research process, in which research scholars integrate the same or different disciplines knowledge, and ultimately generate new knowledge. Based upon this theory, from the perspective of scientific collaboration, this paper analyses the performance of the disciplines knowledge flows of the co-author papers according to the performance of the single-author papers in the"pharmaceutical chemistry" discipline with bibliometric indicators. And then it compares the different performances of three countries including China, America and Japan, concluding the different disciplines knowledge flowing direction and its dynamic changes.
