Abstract

Combined with the related theories of information ecology and the development of low-carbon websites, this study constructs an ecology evaluation system of the low-carbon portal from three aspects of service, participatory and interactivity based on three factors of information ecology of information people, information and information environment. Then it gives weights to the evaluation indexes with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). To validate the application value of the indexes, this study makes an empirical analysis on the typical low-carbon portal websites at home and abroad. This study promotes the ecology evolution of low-carbon portal websites towards "User Guide" and has important reference value and guiding significance.
