Study on Library Data Service Based on Science Data Management

Based on rationally understanding the connotation and characteristics of scientific data and the process of scientific data management,the article proposes the library data service system based on the scientific data management to provide reference for data management and service in the library development and a strong support for realizing library knowledge service transformation and the librarians role change as supporters and leaders for data services. Generally the system includes policy support system of data management, data resources construction systems, data storage system, data processing system, human resources system, user management system and the data service system.
