Abstract

Considering the construction of the library service process,this paper puts forward flatting process reengineering of the library service.Sorting out the service of the library,letting the service close to the readers,promoting the refinement of library service is the requirements of the flattening service process reengineering.A comprehensive survey of user demands,service classification,repeated inspection of service process,and the standard document controlled of service process are four key links for flatting service process reengineering.
