Analysis on E-Lending Principles of IFLA Libraries

[Purpose/significance] The principles of Libraries e-Lending of IFLA and related literature shall be referred. Analysis needs to be given on the new point of view on libraries e-Lending of IFLA and the copyright of eBooks raised by IFLA.[Method/process] E-Lending of Libraries is facing the restriction of the protection of intellectual property from publishers. Ethical principle of librarians and other information workers released by IFLA has expresses its attitude. At present, through the right of e-Reading and e-Reading, new attitude is acclaimed and Principle of libraries e-Lending of IFLA is released. [Result/conclusion] By analyzing detailed content of the principle, public rights should be ideological basis of e-Lending of library. The principle of e-Lending based on the right of e-Reading of IFLA expresses the appeal of the demand for e-Lending service of library.
