Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Based on the analysis of science and technology information resource allocation practice progress and factors influencing regional innovation of science and technology information resources allocation in Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Changjitu area, built the science and technology information resource optimization allocation mode.[Method/process] According to the characteristics of the information resources of science and technology, designed science and technology information resource allocation influencing factors evaluation index system and according to the principle of science and technology information resource optimization allocation to build science and technology information resource optimization allocation mode. [Result/conclusion] Study has shown the single mode of science and technology information resource optimization allocation by government's guidance, enterprise of joint, knowledge innovation institutions of higher learning, the combination of science and technology intermediary agencies is not the most optimal. Study has shown that the optimal allocation of regional innovation of science and technology information resources needs the government's guidance, enterprise of joint, knowledge innovation institutions of higher learning and the combination of science and technology intermediary agencies.
