Empirical Studies on Chinese Library Rights

[Purpose/significance] In view of the phenomenon of the definition of library rights remains controversial up till the present moment, only definite the definition of library rights can we fundamentally maintain library rights.[Method/process]Based on the three dimensions of users, librarians and libraries, analyses the effect of each variable on library rights through questionnaire investigation and using the SPSS software, and according to the questionnaire analyses which specific content should be contained in library rights of our country. This questionnaire using Likert type Scale, and completed way using the five points,then counting average of survey respondents to get respondents to the relevant opinions.[Result/conclusion]The questionnaire shows that respondents agree with the contents of library rights which from the perspective of users, librarians and libraries as the main body, and accordingly concludes the definition of library rights.
