Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Network dynamic data is affecting the formation of enterprise dynamic competitive environment and the innovation and development of real-time information service, and the related professional study is very necessary. [Method/process]The paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and types of dynamic data network under CI perspective, that summarizes network dynamic data mining research has gone through four stages of development. Then it points out network dynamic data mining has a relatively wide range of applications and requirements in competitive intelligence, financial management, strategic management, remotes sensing analysis, network monitoring and other fields. Finally, the basic principles, business processes, systems model design and application of network dynamic data mining under the CI perspective is studied and analyzed. [Result/conclusion]Studies suggest that network dynamic data, as a kind of intelligence value chain upstream property, can provide competitive environment, competitors, and competitive strategy of dynamic and real-time data sets for intelligence research and competitive intelligence activities, and has the dynamic evolutionary, respectively, openness, scheduling and real-time characteristics.
