Mission and Service Innovation of Library and Information Agencies in the State Think Tank Building

[Purpose/significance] The article studies the supporting role and service innovation of library and information agencies in the state think tank building.[Method/process] Using the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis, it collects the relevant documents in the field that the library and information agencies at home and abroad support the think tank building, and analyses the issues between the state think tank building and the library and information agency supporting through typical cases. It points out the way that the library and information agencies marshal their resources, construct the think tank discourse power, and play a role in leading the think tank building and decision-making consultation based on their own advantages.[Result/conclusion] The library and information agencies should fully realize their mission in the think tank era, actively turn to personalized service, build the information platform of think tank alliance, promote and extend the think tank products, and boost the new think tank pattern of China through various measures under the new normal.
