Study on Construction and Sharing of Mongolian Resources System from the Perspective of Complex Networks

[Purpose/significance] After reviewing related literature, it is found that the domestic market has not been fully applied the Mongolian sharing system, and there is no organization to implement the Mongolian resources sharing, nor a database provider to develop, product, release and share Mongolian resources. Mongolian resources co-construction and sharing encountered a serious bottleneck. In this case we need to break old and boundaries and study in a new perspective. [Method/process] This paper takes the government (including cultural institutions), library and intelligence agencies and Mongolian research institutions (including the researchers) as three dimensions to construct a complex network. Then it explores the relationship of the three dimensions in Mongolian resources co-construction and sharing system. On the basis, it constructs the security system. [Result/conclusion] Through the transformation of existing Mongolian resources digitization construction to optimize the Mongolian sharing security system, this paper provides how to construct the security system, and looks forward to the future development. It could provide reference for the construction of the Mongolian resources co-construction and sharing security system.
