Evolution Mechanism of the Business Website Information Ecosystem: From the Perspective of Value Chain

[Purpose/significance] Research on business website information ecosystem is the frontier research field of this discipline. Many scholars have studied it, but few scholars analyzed the evolution process. Therefore, it is very significant to review the evolution of the business website information ecosystem. [Method/process] Through analyzing the evolution mechanism of the business website information ecosystem, including the evolution power and the evolution path, constructs the evolutionary dynamics and evolutionary path model of it. Uses the value chain theory, to build up the value chain model of the business website information ecosystem and the business website, then contrasts and analyzes the changes of the function of the system. [Result/conclusion] The study found that, the evolution of business website information ecosystem is divided into four stages: pregnant period, bud period, growth period, stable period, and the evolution process is a process of increasing overall optimization.
