Abstract

[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to resolve the problem that how to incite subject experts to participate in combined reference consulting service in military academy, and provide the deep military subject service.[Method/process]Taking incentive model of Porter-Lawler for analysis framework.From the model variables, this paper extracts eight components of inciting experts.After concretization and derivative, it presents the corresponding incentive mechanism.[Result/conclusion]The paper summarizes the goal-driven mechanism, collaboration and training mechanism, reward and optimization mechanism, and comprehensive evaluation mechanism.Related researches and works can refer to its conclusions.
