[Purpose/significance]Based on the status quo of the slow development of information literacy education in colleges and universities in Liaoning province, this paper puts forward integrating information literacy education resources and building the information literacy education resources sharing platform of Liaoning university students, to lead and promote the rapid development of information literacy education in colleges and universities in Liaoning province.[Method/process]By questionnaires in colleges and universities libraries in Liaoning province, this paper makes a statistical analysis on feedback results, and combines the information literacy education overall situation.According to the analysis and research on advanced modes of information literacy education in colleges and universities at home and abroad for reference and methods, it develops the construction strategy of Liaoning university students'information literacy education resources sharing platform.[Result/conclusion]The construction of Liaoning university students'information literacy education resources sharing platform, will implement the co-construction and sharing in the information literacy education resources of teacher resources, technical resources, digital and physical resources, teaching cases, teaching video and textbook construction and so on, to rapidly reduce the gap between colleges and universities information literacy education, and improve the overall level of information literacy education in Liaoning province.
