Research on Open Medical Scientific Data Platform

[Purpose/significance] This paper makes research on the construction of foreign open medical scientific data platforms and puts forward some suggestions for Chinese platforms.[Method/process] By literature research and Internet investigation,the paper studies the construction status, data sharing and metadata features of PMC, Europe PMC, AIHW, CT, and compares them with the Chinese national scientific data sharing platform for population and health.[Result/conclusion] The establishment of rural library informatization transformation mode will greatly promote the rural library project, and provides reference for rural library construction, to ensure rural library healthy run for a long time. which inclues:①increasing the universtiy resources collection to guarantee the quality of data;②opening platform data access to expand the sharing; ③establishing the unified metadata standard; ④and strengthening the data secondary processing and utilization.
