Abstract

[Purpose/significance] The information evaluation ability is an important part of information literacy. Nevertheless, it is often absent or insufficient in the domestic retrieval course. The comparison and research on information evaluation criteria of domestic and foreign websites of information literacy education will be good for probing methods of information evaluation, as well as providing referencesfor classroom teaching.[Method/process]Based on the survey of information evaluation criteria of domestic and foreign open websites of information literacy education, the paper analyzed their general features.[Result/conclusion]Some consideration and suggestions on China's open information literacy education websites are put forward as follows: Information evaluation ability should get further attention; the ingenious use of the difference of the evaluation criteria can improve the effect of the physical education; the instructive and illustrative role should be further strengthened; there is some space for information literacy education websites to improve information evaluation contents such as content thickness, consciousness, explanation strength and exercise equipments,etc.
