[Purpose/significance] Techno-stress has the negative effect on librarians' work influenced by many aspects, among which organizational factor has the significant influence on its level. The analysis on techno-stress from the organizational perspective is benefit to learn librarians' attitude on the new technology in the new technology environment and improve their job satisfaction and service quality.[Method/process] Data is collected from many libraries with the random questionnaire survey. This paper analyzes how organizational innovation and support perception, technology dependence affect librarians' adoption to new technology and techno-stress level.[Result/conclusion] Technology dependence, organizational innovation and support perception will increase librarians' techno-stress. But the techno-stress not only has the negative effect, but also converts into positive pressure possibly.
