Research on the Knowledge Sharing Model and Operation Mechanism of Cross-Boundary Entrepreneurship

[Purpose/significance] The purpose of this paper is to extend the research on the knowledge sharing of cross-boundary entrepreneurship and explore its mechanism.[Method/process] Through the comprehensively study on cross-boundary entrepreneurial process and its key factors, and analysis of the process and obstacles of knowledge flow in the cross-boundary entrepreneurship, we build the knowledge sharing cross-boundary entrepreneurship model, and make a deep understanding of the model.[Result/conclusion] In this paper, we extend the research of knowledge sharing of cross-boundary entrepreneurship. Our study and knowledge sharing model of cross-boundary entrepreneurship shows that in the process of cross-boundary entrepreneurship, organizations need to attach importance to the knowledge sharing, think about how to cross the knowledge boundary, and construct and develop relative capabilities to promote the efficiency of organization knowledge acquisition, and then contribute to the competitive advantage and performance of the organization.
