Research on City Emergency Management Information System Under the Background of “Smart City”

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] To make analysis and deconstruction for the city emergency management information system based on the concept of smart city, to break the complex dilemma of the emergency management overall information support.[Method/process] Summarize the features of the city emergency management information system as well as the difference with emergency decision-making information system through literature collection and case comparative analysis; explain the concept frame of the emergency management information system for Smart City via activity theory.[Result/conclusion] City emergency management information system is confronted with such challenges as diversification of subjects, diversification of Business, discretization of process and diversification of demands. The purpose is to achieve the intelligent prediction, rational decision-making, rapid disposal and comprehensive management by taking smart city concept as a guide and emergency management information system as support. Smart city emergency management information system should be an open, dynamic, transparent and coordinated information system.
