Research on Service Quality Evaluation of Public Archives on WeChat Platform

[Purpose/significance] From the perspective of users' perception, we make a comprehensive analysis and discussion on the service quality evaluation of public archives on the WeChat platform so as to provide the data support and reference for the improvement and upgrading of the service quality of public archives on the WeChat platform.[Method/process] A framework and a hypothetical model for the service quality evaluation of public archives on the WeChat platform were constructed through questionnaire surveys. We used SPSS to perform an exploratory factor analysis to test the hypotheses. According to the results, we made an amendment to the model hypotheses and discussed the revised evaluation model.[Result/conclusion] The service quality evaluation model of public archives on the WeChat platform is finally built. We can comprehensively measure the effects of public archives' service and users' satisfaction on the WeChat platform.
