Research on Development Strategy of the Cross-system Regional Library Consortia which Provides Service for Regional Collaborative Innovation

[Purpose/significance] Under the background of collaborative innovation, this paper analyzes the feasibility and limitations of current domestic cross-system regional library consortia which provides service for collaborative innovation from alliance structure, organization form and service content. And it puts forward counter measures and suggestions. [Method/process] Combining the research methods such as face to face interviews, web site research and literature research, it obtains detailed data on the development of cross-system regional library consortia. [Result/conclusion] Studies suggest that current domestic cross-system regional library consortia still exists some problems such as the contradiction between scale and limited funds, regional segmentation phenomenon and lack of horizontal collaboration. According to these problems, combining the characteristics of collaborative innovation and demands of Innovation subjects, this paper studies the development strategy of the cross-system regional library consortia which provides service for the collaborative innovation system.
