On the Construction of a Chinese Book Joint Acquisition Platform Based on CALIS System

[Purpose/significance] The construction of a Chinese book joint acquisition platform based on CALIS system can effectively solve the problems of lacking core library collection and the iterant labor of librarians the current Chinese book acquisition process.[Method/process] Based on the analysis of the plight faced by Chinese book acquisition and the characteristics of the collection structure, the architecture and the function of the joint acquisition platform were proposed.[Result/conclusion] The realization of the joint acquisition of Chinese books will promote the integration of the publishing industry and the library industry, and greatly improve the efficiency of the work of Chinese book acquisition in university libraries.
