Analysis on Business Models of Public Information Reuse Under Open Data Environment

Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Open data movement is changing the environment of public information reuse.Starting with business models analysis can help us realize features and operation rules of public information reuse under open data environment.[Method/process] Basedon relevant literature comparison home and abroad,together with case analysis about open data reuse,this paper summaries the impacts of open data on public information reuse in-depth,then making a comparison between different business models of public information reuse before and after open data implementation.[Result/conclusion] Open data not only expands the view of public information reuse,changing its market structure and strengthening information enterprise's status as main body, it also promotes the innovation of enterprisebusiness model in information reuse, enriching its profit modes, paying more attention to the development of user resources accompanied with fine market structure and business operation.
