[Purpose/significance] The purpose of this paper is to comment on Liu Bing's book Study on the Evaluation of Information Quality from Users' Perspective in the Network Environment, and points out the existing problems.[Method/process] This paper made the objective evaluation from three aspects:the theoretical basis, theoretical system, theory and practice by the objective evaluation method.[Result/conclusion] Liu Bing's monograph Study on the Evaluation of Information Quality from Users' Perspective in the Network Environment constructs the theory system of information quality evaluation from users' perspective. This system stands in the forefront of the network environment and big data times based on the interpretation of information quality from users' perspective. The book has an impeccably conceptual model, a complete theoretical system and higher practical value. It is a masterpiece of the information quality evaluation study in the network environment.
