Research on Workflow Framework and Implementation Path of Deep Knowledge Services for Academic Libraries

[Purpose/significance] To meet researcher's information requires better, the article brings out deep knowledge services for academic libraries under the scientific research innovation environments. [Method/process] By analyzing the deep process and development level of knowledge services, the article defines the connotation and characteristic of deep knowledge services, and its service values in the views of scientific and technological innovation, research data management, and strategic planning of libraries. And then, constructs the framework and implementation strategy from the workflow of deep knowledge services. [Result/conclusion] The article constructsthe framework and strategy of the deep knowledge services implementation, which includes three stages and sixstrategies, such as demand strategy, method strategy, technical strategy, service strategy, evaluation strategy and management strategy.Based on the framework, implementation path of deep knowledge services are discussed, including mastering precise requires, training embedded librarians, developing knowledge resource platform and improving service specifications and management.
