[Purpose/significance] Web influence evaluation is an important research content of web metrics. This paper studies on web influence of regional cross-system library consortium by taking 8 typical domestic regional cross-system library consortia as the research samples.[Method/process] We select 9 indicators to construct our measure,from both internal construction of network platform and external promotion competence perspective, and use principal component analysis method to evaluate comprehensively.[Result/conclusion] The result shows that there are significant differences in content and quality of the network platforms of regional cross-system library consortia, and few of the consortia is doing enough on the Internet promotion. At last, based on the above problems the paperputs forward suggestions on how to optimize platform construction,expand web influence and improve service benefit.
