Abstract

[Purpose/significance] Through the technology patent to research the industrial cluster competitiveness, the aim of this paper is not only for the technical emphasis of the industrial cluster to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation, butalso for providing a new train of thoughts for the study of the industrial cluster.[Method/process] Based on the traditional GEM mode,this paper treated the patent technology as the core, put the industrial environment as a single factor model into the patent GEM, and formed the Patent GEM-S technology competitiveness modelto evaluate new energy electric vehicle technology patents.[Result/conclusion] Patent GEM-S technology competitiveness model not only focuses on the technological competitiveness of the industrial cluster, but also studies the technical competitiveness of the industrial cluster from the micro and macro perspectives to fully understand the technical competitiveness of the industrial cluster. The industrial environment as a core single factor also makes up for the lack of patent research methods for technical patents to provide a new way of thinking.
