Abstract

[Purpose/significance] This paper uses the experiment research to reveal the influence of information behavior and self-efficacy on a transformation course of undergraduates' unhealthy behavior, pertinently suggests and verifies the intervention proposals for unhealthy behavior, so as to intervene in individuals' behavior more effectively and raise the level of health control. [Method/process] This paper mainly adopted the experimental method to divide the subjects' behavior phases based on the trans-theoretical model and related measurement vehicles. It combined the characteristics of information behavior in different phases to intervene in the information behavior of subjects in different phases and appraise the effect. [Result/conclusion] Among three groups, the intervention group of information behavior witnessed the most significant transformation which outperformed the natural group and the simple trans-theoretical model intervention. It proves the effectiveness of the policy and proposal of information behavior intervention and shows the positive influence of information behavior intervention on the transformation of unhealthy behavior. It is recommended to intensify information behavior variables in intervention in unhealthy behavior in future, improve the information level of bad actors to promote the transformation of bad behavior.
