[Purpose/significance] This paper is intended to construct the evaluation index and model of academic papers impact in online scientific exchange, and enrich the content and method of academic papers impact evaluation.[Method/process] First of all, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the indicators in the current academic evaluation research. Then, it selected several authoritative online media platforms as the research platform according to the altmetrics indicator system, and then, it obtained relevant index data from these platforms. Secondly, the indexes were screened through the correlation between the quoted frequency and the download volume, and the evaluation model was constructed by principal component analysis. Finally, it conducted the empirical analysis to verify the validity of the model.[Result/conclusion] Through the research and evaluation on the impact of academic papers under the network environment, this paper improves the unity and one-sidedness of traditional academic papers evaluation models,and optimizes the evaluation index system of academic papers.Thus, provides new ideas and methods for related research.
